Level 2-"I get by with a little help from my friends."

This package is for the couple who is looking for help in four areas (listed in the chart on the right). This includes 10 hours of day-of support (A Senior Planner and an Assistant/Intern), 1 rehearsal hour the day before, 2 hr. venue walk-through (a month out), plus 20 hours of vendor selection support (5 hours for each of 4 remaining vendors needed-select areas from the table on the right), 10 hours of support assistance before the event (develop a schedule of events, develop and conduct a minimum of two 1 hr. wedding tracker updates (if you book us more than 3 months in advance, additional tracking meetings are FREE), reviewing contracts, floor plans, coordinating with vendors and day-of logistics planning and problem solving before day-of).  A minimum of 48 hours of coordination for $3,420. Level 3-"I got you"

This package is for the couple that may need up to 7 areas of assistance (in the chart to the right). This package includes 10 hours of day-of support (A Senior Planner and an Assistant/Intern), 2 hr. venue walk-through (a month out), plus five hours of support in each of 7 of the 27 areas of assistance listed in the table (35 hours of coordination), 1 hour of rehearsal support, and 10 hours of support assistance (reviewing vendor contracts, develop and hold a minimum of 2-1 hr. planning tracker meetings, day-of schedule, floor plans, coordination with vendors, day-of logistics planning and problem solving). A minimum of 63 hours of coordination for $4,320. The Level 3 package includes a 25% discount off of  Carlson Craft invitations, thank you cards and accessories or a 25% discount of of minted invitations as well as discounts with tux & suit companies like theblacktux and knotty tie. Time needed: Please book us a minimum of 6-10 months before your wedding.

Level 4-"I've got you, too"

This package is for the couple that needs help with 10 areas. This package includes 10 hours of day-of support (A Senior Planner and Assistant/Intern), plus five hours of support in each of 10 areas of assistance listed in the table (50 hours of coordination), 2 hr. venue walk through, 1 hour of rehearsal support, plus 10 hours of pre-planning (day-of schedule, reviewing contracts, floor plans, coordination with vendors, day-of logistics, development of tracker and 2-1 hr update sessions). Price: $5,220. The Level 4 package includes a 25% discount off of Carlson Craft invitations, thank you cards and accessories or a 25% discount off of minted invitations as well as discounts with tux & suit companies like theblacktux and knotty tie. Level 5 "Deluxe Package"

This package covers 21 areas (listed in the table) for $8,520. This is a minimum of 130 hours of planning time, 10 hours of day-of event time (A Senior Planner plus Assistant/Intern), 1 hour of rehearsal support, 2 hr. venue walk through (a month out), and 10 hours of pre-planning (day-of scheduling, reviewing contracts, floor plans, coordination with vendors, development of tracker and 2-1 hr. update sessions, day-of logistics, and time to address your questions and concerns throughout the planning process ). If there is an area that does not apply to your wedding within this package, your consultant will work with you to replace an a la carte service in its place or add additional time in another area. The Level 5 package includes a 25% discount off of  Carlson Craft invitations, thank you cards and accessories or a 25% discount off of minted invitations as well as discounts with tux & suit companies like theblacktux and knotty tie. Time needed: Please book us a minimum of 10-12 months before your wedding.

On any day-of coordination package: any wedding held at a community center, Winery, Historic Property, or Private Property (any location that does not have staff included as part of your rental), you will be asked as a separate contract to hire staff to assist with set-up and day of assistance. If you have a caterer that will assist with setting up all the tables and chairs as part of your contract and location staff that will set up chairs for the ceremony, this requirement may not be necessary (but this cannot be assumed, as some caterers do not provide set-up services). 

Special offer: If you book a smaller level package and in working with us decide you can't do with out us (as most couples find!), all monies paid for any smaller level package automatically goes toward any higher level package you elect to contract. For example, if you book a Level 1 "Day of" package and decide it's harder than you anticipated to decide between vendors and need us to assist you and participate by going to meetings, going with you to purchase a dress or bridesmaids dresses, you can upgrade from a Level 1 to a Level 2-5, and all monies you've paid to date get moved to the higher level package and you pay the difference at the time you upgrade.
