Services

We have nine different packages aimed at assisting you throughout various stages of your planning. Our smallest package is 3 hours of planning assistance and our largest takes you from "yes" to "I do"*

 

Most popular: Level 1 (6 months out) and Level 2 (1 year out)

 

Assistance with Vendors:

Level 3: Assistance with 4 vendor areas plus all services from the Level 1 or 2

Level 4: Assistance with 7 vendor areas plus all services from the Level 1 or 2

Level 5: Assistance with 10 vendor areas plus all services from the Level 1 or 2

Partial Day or Set-up Coverage Only:

Level 6: Reception Coverage Only 

Level 7: Reception OR Ceremony Set-up Only

Level 8: Ceremony and Rehearsal Coverage Only

Consultation Services

Level 9: 3 hours of online Planning Consultation 

If there is a date you don't see listed, we may still be able to assist you but it may only be for a ceremony only (Level 8), reception only (Level 6) , or set-up services only (Level 7). If we are not at all available for your date, we also partner with other Event Coordinators in the area and are happy to provide a referral for you.

If you've covered all your bases and need someone running everything on the day-of, we have full day and partial day packages available.

Wedding Planning Consultation

If you're a DIY Bride at the beginning, middle or close to the end of planning and want to bend our ear for guidance or reassurance, we're here to support.

Day of + 4, 7, 10 vendor selections

Packages 3-5 cover 4, 7, and 10 vendor selection areas. If you're looking to stay within a budget, these are the packages for you!
