Large Parties

For higher end events* where many vendors are involved, Event Details by Edelina, LLC. (EDE) has broken down events into 15 potential service areas. Each package also includes a Senior Planner and Assistant for 7 hours of day-of assistance (4 hours for the event, plus 2 hours of set-up time and 1 hour for break-down) and a one hour venue walk through two weeks to a month before the event to secure event details. There are 4 different packages to choose from day-of assistance only or Day of plus 4, 7 or 10 service areas (if more assistance is needed, additional service areas can be added for $300/per area of assistance. Each area if assistance includes proposals for up to 3 vendors within your budget for that request. 

Service areas include: budget, florist, photography, catering, cake, invitations, decor, rental company, venue, DJ or musicians, transportation, videographer, wait staff or bartenders, entertainer, and favors.**

Price for Day of only plus site visit (no vendor locating assistance): $1,110

Price for Day of plus 4 service areas: $2,310

Day-of plus 7 service areas: $3,210

Day-of plus 10 service areas: $3,480
*Higher End Events include birthdays, graduation parties, backyard BBQ's, milestone birthdays, Sweet Sixteen parties, Anniversaries, Bar or Bat Mitzvahs, family reunions, or other large events (not to include weddings).
**This price does not include the cost of the contracts between you and the individual vendors.

COMPANY EVENTS- PLEASE READ: Please be advised, if you are a representative from a company that is looking to put together a conference or a holiday party, we will not accept any requests for quotes from any entities that are not willing to meet with us in person. There are too many scams going around and we don't have time to waste with with non-credible leads. At the in-person meeting, please be ready to provide us with a detailed statement of work (every item that you are looking to have handled or coordinated and an estimated number of hours for the event day). We will also require a letter from accounting on letterhead with approval from a senior representative approving your use of funds, who the approval authority is for expenditures, turn around time on payment, and the total budget for the event. Our event coordination services are billed separately from the total event cost but our company is not in the business of paying for anyone's event with the "promise" of repayment. All contracts with party vendors are between the client or company and vendors and not through us as a third party. We will not be held financially responsible for anyone's event (please save yourself an email if that is your request to us).

Site Visits

This is for the person who knows they want to have a party, wedding or other gathering at their home or community center, they're just not sure how to arrange the space and which vendors to contact. When you call us, we'll come over, listen to your must haves for your party, food ideas, the number of attendees and a little bit about the flow/flavor of the party. We can give you a few ideas about what you can do and who to call in different areas for help, and provide ideas for layout. This package includes a 2 hour meeting (plus travel), 1 hour to develop a floor plan after the meeting (plus edit time), and 1 hour to discuss the vision that you have for the space beforehand. Minimal decoration ideas can be discussed at the walk-through and if small enough, recommendations for completion can be provided at that time. If the décor is outside of the realm of our party expertise, we can recommend professional decorators who can assist. Site walk-throughs can be completed at the beginning of your planning (to plan the space) or a month before the end of your planning to review logistics and coordination for vendor deliveries.
