This is our our most popular package. This is for the person who has already covered it all, decorations, food, beverage, location, etc. You just need someone to help you get the items to their location, help put all the decorations up and arrange tables and chairs, welcome guests, collect coats, serve some hors d'oeuvres, stay through the event to help serve, collect plates, serve drinks, help with games, make sure no one needs a drink or more food, or to help rinse dishes. We'll stay through the end of the party to help you put everything away and pack everything up. All we need to get started is, the type of party you will be hosting, the number of people expected at your party, information about what you'd like help with, and the hours of your party. That's it! We'll put together a quote based on those needs and you're event is as good as covered! That way you are busy talking to your guests and not worried about who needs to be doing what. Party quote for "Be a Guest" parties are FREE, services will be quoted on an hourly basis. As part of this estimate, we'll include a 30 minute phone consultation to hear about your party, and what we'd recommend in the way of support. If additional party planning hours are needed, please review our section on large parties, additional assistance can be provided in many additional areas and, additional hourly fees apply.
Be A Guest Service
These quotes are for the family that wants to have a party, but is just too busy to pull quotes for all of the required elements of the party. Don't have time to call caterers, bakers, decorators, photographers, florists, or bartenders? We can be your one stop shop. For 5 hours of planning time per area, we'll speak to you about what your requirements are, the vision and your budget. Then, we'll reach out to a few of our trusted vendors in your geographical area and provide those quotes to you. Price: $300/5 hours of work for 3 quotes (this includes minor negotiation of pricing if time allows).
If you still need further assistance figuring out exactly what you'll need, consider a site visit. We come to visit your space, take measurements (if you're looking at a tent or how to lay the space out), and hear your vision. Within a couple of days, we'll provide you with a layout, recommendations on how to best use the space, and minor décor ideas.

Consultation
Are you a born planner and want to handle most or all of the details leading up to the event on your own, just need help on how to organize your thoughts or which parts to tackle first? We’re here to help. This is your chance to bring your questions and have a sit-down with us with your ideas for your event and gain our feedback on how we’d advise you to move forward. We ask that you come prepared to the meeting and bring all of your great ideas and questions to get the most out of your planning time. Planning meetings are 3 hours long (this can be broken into two, 1.5 hour meetings) and can be scheduled at different times throughout your planning process. Price for a 3hr. block of phone consultation time is: $250.00. In person consults will require additional travel time charges.
Facilitation
Are you responsible for a End of Year or Season Pot Luck, a Neighborhood Block Party, Adult PTA Meeting Adult Get-together and don't know what to do to "get the party started!?" Look no further than to hire one of our party facilitators. We'll meet with you over the phone to get a little more information about the kind of party you are throwing, how much time you're looking to entertain people for, and of course we have to ask the level of fun you want to have, if it's high, we can cover that. We can help facilitate games to break the ice and get groups speaking, group games to keep the party exciting and even interactive games that take some skill to keep the competition alive. We've had guests of our client's comment, "That's the best pot luck I have ever been to." and "We were having so much fun, we didn't want to leave!" Facilitation is $60/hr with a minimum of a 3 hour event. In that time you can average about 1-2 games an hour.
